Who Éverson Filipe is
I'm a Systems Analyst early in my career, working in implementation engineering and automation for B2B software, and moving toward AI Engineering. In the highway concession sector, I've delivered 800+ tasks across 42+ client environments, translating business requirements into software configurations that run in production and are audited by the clients who depend on them. The technical substrate is closer to agentic systems than it first appears. I've build JSONLogic rule engines for dynamic forms through Django Admin, writed Python ETL automation with Pandas and Django ORM, and validated JSON schemas to catch structural inconsistencies. On AWS, I worked across IAM, EC2, ECS (Docker), Step Functions, and Amazon Athena, integrating systems through REST APIs. Schema validation, tool integration, and workflow orchestration are the same primitives an agent depends on to act reliably. That discipline produced measurable results early: 32% of my team's output in my first months, a 100% personal on-time delivery rate through H1 2026, and a nomination for my company's Monthly Agility Award. I'm extending this into Agentic AI through hands-on work on how a system calls external tools reliably, how its outputs are evaluated before anyone trusts them, and what happens when it fails in front of a real client. My focus is deployment rather than demonstration. A language model can generate an agent in seconds. Making that agent behave correctly across dozens of environments with different rules, real data, and contractual obligations is a different problem, and it's the one I'm building toward.
