Who Éverson Filipe is
I'm an Implementation Analyst intern at Kartado, turning client requirements into scalable configurations for large road concession and infrastructure companies. I'm building toward AI Systems Analysis — agentic systems, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
Today I configure, integrate and validate client production environments through implementation: parameterization, cloud integrations and data validation. That means the work is measured in reliability, what I ship is what the client operates on.
● Scale: 42+ client units configured or analyzed at Kartado; ● Reliability: 99.48% completeness in my first implementation semester; ● Build: 10+ hackathons as a participant, one as an organizer; ● Recognition: nominated for Kartado's Agility Award (March 2026); selected for AI/R's Agentic Payments program; ● Range: English C1; IT event co-organizer; active in volunteer causes and tech communities.
I'm early in my career and deliberate about where it goes: AI Systems Analysis, focused on agentic AI, function calling and workflow orchestration. I'm currently building agentic projects that call real functions, mostly through MCP (Model Context Protocol).

My Results and Metrics
Beyond technical delivery, I was nominated for Kartado's Agility Award for resolving API and JSONLogic issues that safeguarded platform uptime for the B2B clients and operational units under my responsibility. This recognition reflects my commitment to high-reliability engineering, my ability to solve complex systemic problems under pressure, and my focus on delivering agile technical solutions for both internal teams and customers.
